Environment Online - ENO is a global virtual school and network for sustainable development. Environmental themes are studied throughout the school year and campaigns arranged simultaneously around the world. Over 10 000 schools from 150 countries have taken part since 2000. The ENO programme is coordinated and maintained by ENO Programme Association based in the city of Joensuu, Finland. Schools have made concrete deeds for the environment like planted five million trees so far.

For us, sustainable development is environmental, economic, social and cultural well-being for today and tomorrow. There is no sustainable development without education. 

We value collaborative learning and shared resources. Our logo is a kite. It symbolizes challenges in learning as well as freedom and equality in learning, despite boundaries.
